How does it work?

It’s simple. After you subscribe, you’ll get access to a shared board where you can submit design requests anytime. Everything runs fully async—no meetings needed. Just describe what you need, and I’ll get to work. You’ll always have visibility on what’s in progress, what’s next, and when to expect it.

Why unlimited?

Unlimited means you can add as many design requests to your queue as you need. I’ll work on one at a time, ensuring full focus and quality. When one’s done, I move to the next. This helps you keep design moving without hiring a full team.

What types of design do you offer?

I cover a wide range of digital and print design including websites, landing pages, presentations, sales sheets, social media graphics, brand identity, and more. Webflow and Framer development are fully supported on the Unlimited + Web plan.

What if I only have a single request?

No problem. You can subscribe, submit your request, and pause your subscription when you’re done. Come back when you have more design needs—no long-term commitment required.

How fast will I receive my designs?

Most requests are completed within 48 hours or less. Larger or more complex requests may take a bit longer, but you’ll always be kept updated on progress.

Who will I be working with?

You’ll work directly with me, Ben Oyola, on every request. Ingrid supports behind the scenes with scheduling and account coordination to help things run smoothly.

Will I own the files?

Yes — 100%. Once your project is completed and paid for, all design files and rights are yours to keep and use however you'd like. To make things crystal clear, I include a simple IP transfer clause in every project agreement or proposal.

It states: Upon full payment, all rights, including intellectual property and usage rights, are fully transferred to the client. GoDesign retains no ownership or usage rights over the final deliverables.

This ensures you're legally protected and can use the work however you need — no fine print, no restrictions.

What if I don’t like the design?

Revisions are unlimited. I’ll keep working with you until you’re 100% satisfied with the result.

Can I pause or cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You’re in full control. Pause, cancel, or restart your subscription whenever you like—no contracts, no lock-ins.

Are there any refunds?

If you try it for a week and it’s not the right fit, I offer a 75% refund—no questions asked. After the first week, refunds aren’t provided due to the nature of the work.
